Arrived on time and was affordable but I can’t say I’ve noticed it have any effect at all. Also the instructions seem unclear - it doesn’t state how much to use, just to rub the cream in… so I started with a small amount and then increased it but still no difference I can pick up on. Where as Progestorone cream and Maca powder seem to effect me within a day of taking it.

I've been using this cream for a few weeks now, and I'm quite pleased with it. The natural ingredients are gentle on my skin, and the cream itself has a pleasant texture that absorbs quickly. While it's too early to say for sure, I feel like it's helping to balance my hormones and manage some of my menopausal symptoms. I'll definitely continue using it.

This is really lovely stuff! I’m a big fan of moisturiser and honestly if it helps my skin, helps to sooth any form of skin issues and feels nice whilst applying it, I’m right there using it in the blink of an eye! And this stuff is no different, it’s really nice to apply, soaks in easily, makes a huge difference to my skin AND doesn’t leave any lasting grease / scent or anything along those lines - this is really nice moisturiser and I would definitely recommend it!Plus, it makes you look and feel younger too, so everyone’s a winner here - apart from people who don’t use this, but if you do use this, you can be a winner too! And that’s my pitch for this product, definitely recommend 10/10

I am menopausal and have dryness in you know where. After using it for only 2 days, my v***** is wet already. Great product and value for your money. It doesn't smell great when you open the jar, but once you apply it to your skin, it actually smells pretty pleasant.

Very nice cream, smells so nice and the smell stays long. Moisturises skin leaving it smooth and not oily. It is of good value and can last long depending on how mych you use. I love it because it is smooth on the skin.

This wild yam body cream comes in a screw top glass jar and holds 120 ML of product.The packaging and label design are a little unassuming and in my opinion don’t reflect the price point. I quite like the idea of transdermal application of actives. Wild yam is said to be great at relieving menopausal symptoms as it may help balance oestrogen levels. The cream has a pleasant scent and the texture is lovely and thick and easy to apply. Due to its very rich consistency it takes a little while to absorb but once it does it leaves your skin soft and moisturised.

This naturally wild yam balancing cream is honey scented. It is made of natural ingredients .It is infused with vitamin E, wild yam root, coocnut oil, chasteberry extract, red clover extract, aloe leaf extract and shea butter. It is very soothing and relaxign to use. Great natural cream to balance your hormones , good for relieving permenopause and menopause symptoms.
