great lotion and does smell amazing not sure it actually helps with bed time though. we have been at grandpartents houses and have forgotten to pack the lotion I think it is more of a mind set of calming down before bed and getting that nice foot rub that is making bed time easier but i could be wrong. either way it is a great lotion smell and feel wise!

This is a very nice lotion I put on my son's legs, feet and arms after his bath. Magnesium has great benefits especially when absorbed into the skin so I was very glad to find a kid oriented cream for my son.
